MOBILE FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Major Responsibilities (Essential Functions of the Job):
Interfaces with customers regarding technical aspects of the organization's products or services Provides problem resolution and troubleshooting to customers over the telephone and in the field Assists with product updates Relays customer feedback regarding products to appropriate individuals in sales, quality assurance, and product management Determines best method to resolve problems ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to the organization's policies Provides guidance, training, and instruction to non-technical representatives Possesses a thorough technical knowledge of assigned products Peripheral Functions of the Job:
Make service calls on industrial customers Minimum of 25% travel is required, weekends may be included Maintain Safety Policies (safety glasses, ear protection, steel toe shoes, etc.
) Keep work area clean and orderly Complete Certification material as required Knowledge of Hydraulics Strong mechanical aptitude Willingness to participate on a team and drive continuous improvement activities Education:
High School Education or Equivalent Associates in Electronics preferred but not required
Experience:
2 years field service experience specializing in manufacturing or industrial background Mechanical Aptitude Skills:
Good interpersonal skills/ dealing with people in a positive manner Self-starter Ability to stay focused while working closely with others Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills Moderate data entry skills, telephone skills, computer literate Moderate knowledge of Word and Excel Miscellaneous:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
